Psalms 30:5 – For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

Beloved – I have been meditating and studying on the contents of this article for some time. These words of inspiration are just that, words to inspire any reader to hold on in the night seasons, hold on when weeping has clouded your vision. In God’s favour is life. It is always His will for us to persist and not give up for He is persisting in the situation with us. His word instructs us to search for Him will all of our hearts, then to see victory and overcome anything and everything that may have caused our feet to be turned out of the way, and to overcome every obstacle in our path through our faith and trust in Him.

As  Christians, we will have struggles and painful times. We will  have long nights when we just do not understand what God is up to. But friends, God is always up to something good for us. When the time of weeping is over, when the long night is turned into day, our joy returns and that joy of the Lord, which is our strength, propels us on to greatness. In His favour is life and Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

Often in very hard times it may not feel like abundant life we’re living. But God’s says His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts, for His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Call unto Him in the darkness and night season of your life and trust Him to answer. His word says in Psalms 16:11 – Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

He will deliver you from your strong enemy and draw you out of the waters that are overwhelming you; and He will deliver you and bring you into a large place because He delights in you (Psalms 18:16-19).

What a great love from an awesome God. And this great love was shown to us on the cross in that while we were yet sinners, God sent His son to die for us that we might live. I want this life that is lasting and fulfilling. I want to fulfill my divine destiny. I want to live my life with purpose and meaning, being the best that I can be, and looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. Beloved, there is no other name under heaven whereby this kind of life can be experienced. Jesus is the only way. Dearest friends – if you desire this for your life, He’s just a prayer away!

In His Love And God Bless Each Of You!
